So i stacked a rod bearing a year and a half ago, decided to build the bottom end. At that time it had a dyno tune from English.
Since then I've done forged rods, forged pistons (same compression) balance delete, new pumps/belts,ARP everything, 3g lifters, oil cooler, and sparkplug wires.
I have the same compression, same turbo, same cams and same injectors etc.
Ideally one should always retune after any major work, but since I have not changed any fuel, Compression or timing aspects, I think it is fine on the old tune. Later this year I plan on adding a 125 shot, so ill pay the $750 to retune then. Let's hear your thoughts (please keep them productive) .
