ok, yesterday when i braked i heard grinding noises coming from the front brakes.
I went outside to take a look and my front left rotor had some white spots on it, burn marks??

should i be ok with just a resurface? or turning?

or should i just get all new rotors?

Take off the wheels and look at the rotors/pads. Round-ish spots are fine, will get wiped off afrer you step on breaks a few times. Deep, circular ones are bad, take it to a shop and they'll tell you if you can "turn" them (which resurfaces them) or they're too gone. Autozone around my area used to do it for $6/rotor. Good thing to do especially when you feel pulsating while breaking.

happened to me 2 weeks after i got my car, first squeaking, then grinding, the longer i went the louder it got...

i stayed with it to the next paycheck, 4 days, and i lost not only both rotors but also my front left caliper which added 110$ more to the repair...will never hesitate to replace brake pads again, job went from 120$ to almost 350$

the prob with trying to have them turn'd is the factory really didnt give the rotors
much extra stock to machine off...so alot of times there below the minium and ya
have to junk them.

If you plan on replaceing them with upgraded rotors, DONT get drilled rotors. They are known to crack and warp easily. just get slotted rotors and that should do you fine for a good long time.
