[RESOLVED] obd i or obd ii

ok so this might be a stupid question but im trying to but a data logger for my 1g i already had my 7 bolt go out on me and im getting a 6 bolt thrown in this week and i want to make sure its runnin perfect but the data logger i want says obd2 and i dont know ### i have, its a 94 eclipse and the data logging unit i want is DASHAWK

90-94 is OBD I. Id recommend just getting a palm pilot kit with mmcd, you can piece one together for less than a quarter of the price of that logger.

Don't bother with a dash hawk.

Your car is an OBD I.


Consider a pocketlogger:

digital tuning, inc.

You get the cable and software from them and then buy an old Palm m100 for 10 bucks off ebay and your set to log.

All 1Gs are OBD I, all 2Gs are OBD II. DSM was among the earliest adopters.
