I am trying to find a list of bolt sizes for the 4g63/4g64. I would like an entire chart of what bolt (size/length/grade) goes in which location on the entire engine block, front case, etc. I did a little search but really didn't find what I was looking for, and I even tried looking on OnDemand5 with not exactly the results I was hoping for.

If anyone has any kind of said chart, or diagram that would be most helpful, Thanks.

you may search to find bolt sizes and threads, but i highly dought you will find a book to tell you where each and everysinge one goes sorry

I find it to be kind of weird that there isnt a diagram to show it. I have one for my GM and Suzuki engines.

I'll mess around more with Mitchell On Demand 5 and see if I can find exactly what I'm looking for.

The unique ones are shown in the FSM like for the timing cover. Otherwise there is no such animal that I know of.

Not the most complete list, however, it proved to be very usefull for me. (hope you have a version of Word)

Awesome, thanks man. I think that will be more helpful than not. I don't think some people are understanding exactly what I want, and a Haynes Manual doesn't show where what size bolt goes when assembling the engine ;) I've checked.

Yeah, no problem dude. I don't know what they are talking about, I have never seen a haynes tell me the size of the bolt... length, grade, thread pitch, or even socket size for that matter...
