[RESOLVED] Is there a difference between 1990 & 1991-94 front Struts?

I see that some manufacturers of struts for 1gs list different part #s for 1990 struts and 91-94(Monroe,Gabriel). I also see that some list them as the same 90-94(KYB). I've read that AWD and FWD front struts are compatible while the springs are not. Is there any physical difference between the two struts?
Gabriel has G55605 for 91-94 and G55587 for 90
This is just an example and not necessarily what i'm buying
Any input from guys with 1990 cars that may have purchased GR2s or AGX, was there any issue with fit?

There the same,I'm using agx's off my 90 laser on my 92 laser

Yes,I'm 100% sure there the same

The difference is the little tab that holds the ABS wire. 1990 didn't have abs, 1991+ did. No big deal, they all fit the same on a non-abs car.
