Hey guys. The title pretty much says it all. I have the part number from a 2G pulley/ h.b. (MD377604). I was just wondering if it's the same part on a 1G 6 bolt. Thanks for the help.

Would you happen to know the part number for the 1G crank pulley/H.B.? Thanks.

But they are still interchangeable correct? I have my 2g pulley bolted onto my 6 bolt. I haven't started it yet after the swap though, am I in for problems?

To the OP, I know I should not post if I'm not 100% sure, but I think are interchangeable. I never realized a 1g one is an upgrade, since it has less rotational mass.

I've heard they're interchangeable as well. I'd just like a definite yes/no and a OEM part number for a 1G/6 bolt. Anyone out there know? Thanks again.

Oem 1g part number is :MD376608

2g is MD338319

The damper is tuned ("set up") for the harmonics of the rotating assembly, and if you are putting a 6 bolt into a 2g, you should use the damper for the 1g. I don't see it being an upgrade really other then saving some weight of rotating mass. I assume though that the less weight is what you were referencing to when calling the 1g piece an upgrade.
