They are just about the only place I'll order from. Done it quite a few times. 100% on the level. You do have to order from the website to get the discount, but they will help you over the phone with P#s and availability.
Once I ordered a pair of control arms and an exhaust front pipe. When it showed up, there was only the exhaust pipe and a single control arm. I called them on the phone, and I had the control arm 2 days later. There was a control-arm-sized gash in the side of the box. UPS has an extra 1G control arm now, I guess.
