Bust them out is the way to go man over machine LOL. Increae idle to 900rpm at idle or enjoy vibration if you rocking the prothanes.:hellyeah:
 
i used a large screwdriver and decently sharp pocket knife to pull the old centers out (they were pretty cracked) then used a sawzall to remove the inner rings. a flat chisel punch to bend the end up, then the ring can be just pushed out.

prothanes arent that bad. ive used them several times and the vibration is fairly minimal (unless youve driven caddies and lincolns your whole life). the performance gain is worth the small increase in vibration.
