1990 GSX/Ok here is the deal, the car starts and seemingly idles fine. The timing is set correct and was checked during idle. However when the throttle is pressed, it will idle up & down, almost like it is retarding the timing. On my only drive, it broke down and was running on 2 cylinders. Since then I replaced all the wires, the coil pack is good, the ECU was checked and ran perfectly in a friends also 1990 GSX, so it was also good. The throttle body was replaced with an new TPS & ISC. What is left? The car will run and be more responsive to the idle when I unhook the MAF, but I also hooked up and completely unhacked MAF of my friends and it runs great, mine is a slightly hacked 1g MAF. Also the injectors were replaced, and fuel pump. I am running out of ideas. Please help?

What have you done to hack your MAF? Removing the honeycombs (especially both...) can lead to some issues

Thanks for replies, after all this it is was the TPS, and is now running great, so :rocks:, YES!!!!, now I just have to deal with the cars overall ugliness, and get a paint job.
