is this going to be absolutely impossible to re-install, i mean every single line and everything involved in the reinstall...

anything i need to know before doing this? i have an ETS race FMIC and mishimoto radiator, is the condenser even going to fit?

As long as your fmic was installed properly with enough gap in between it and your radiator, it should fit. Otherwise it shouldn't be too hard.

I reinstalled mine with a new compressor. After the shop charged it the compressor pulled very hard for the first few times. The belt even sqeaked the first time I turned it on. I'm told that it takes a while for the lubricant to really get working. My coolant temps got pretty hot for a while until that happened - just a warning.

If your filling it yourself your going to have a hard time getting any moisture in the lines from freezing over. My advice once you get it together is to take it to a AC shop so they can vac and fill the system to help make sure you don't end up with it freezing up.

im definitely going to have a shop fill it, im more concerned on how difficult it will be to reinstall the lines and condenser because i took them out.

so just making sure, in order to successfully put all the lines and everything back in, i will not need to pull any major item out of the engine bay?

If you do reinstall it, keep the new filter/drier capped until they can draw vacuum and remove all the air from the system. This will provide the highest performance from a/c system.
