refilling fluids

ok so i cant find where it says how much oil and antifreeze to use in my car as well as proper filling procedures for turbo motors and the amounts to use im sure its here somewhere would someone want to point me in the right direction or just quickly post what to do it would be greatly appreciated. its for a 95 gs-t with auto tranny. thanks again for any help

thank you for the link leostalon and ya i would check a manual but i dont have one currently and i am using an ancient computer otherwise i would download the copies on here
