reeming out a 17" 5.5 offset rims.

So i have this set of rims off of a lexus and they dont quite fit over the hub wondering what I should use for reem them out a little bit what would be the best it would only be off a millimeter or so. they are aluminum rims

If you must you can use a high speed rotory tool like a dremel with a carbide bit and do it a little at a time run it a round once then try fit the wheel keep doing this till it fits flush .
AND MAKE SURE YOU TORQUE YOUR WHEELS WITH THE RIGHT LUGNUTS FOR THE WHEEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
