Don't know looks custom. look like one may power the panel, some sort of lights, one for gm3 bar (dont know what it would turn off and on about the 3bar), one looks like it turns on and off the wideband O2 (perhaps for the gauge?), and one turns off the cel my guess is for inspections or its being used for a knock sensor.

Why don't you follow the wires to see what the switches are for? Thats how I found out what my switches were for, bu mine were easier to get to.

i like that little set up actually looks like one controls possibly underglow or interior lights ,one controls the power to the switches maybe one is for check engine light
