reaching the 100k mark

Hello all, my '97 Gst is 5000 miles away from the 100,000 mile mark. Any suggestions on what to do when It reaches this "milestone", timing belt, waterpump, alternator, and all other belts were replaced @ 70k, breaks were done last summer...any tips/suggestions are greatly apreciated

If the timing belt and what not was done at 70k or last summer you have plenty of time left before you'll need to do those things.....But if not I would do timing belt, and water pump for sure...But since all your stuff was done last summer I see no problems in your future, as long as everything else is healthy..

I'm just about to hit 100k in my 92.It makes me sad inside...

A bottle of seafoam before the oil change wouldnt hurt. Check your hoses too..

Wow, you guys are sad to see your car hit 100K? I was really happy to see mine turn 200K... I even took a picture of the odometer at 200000.

To the OP, as long as all the maintenance is done, 100K is just another number on the odometer.

I wish the odometer didn't even exist, it'd make me think less of all my driving .

My 91 firebird after 6 months I put 18,000 miles on xD
