Car is completely stock.

Heres the deal. This just happened twice to me today. I came to a stop car was in 1st but clutch not engaged like I normally drive and the car stalls out. It will start right back up after a few seconds. No noises or smells, car doesnt stuttor or buck and it was about 75 degrees out. One other thing that may or may not be related (going to makea nother post) is I took off, 1st, 2nd no problem soon as I put it in 3rd I got nothing, the car was still moving and like barely enough acceleration, but it did keep accelerating. Again no noises or smells etc, so I put it back into 2nd and its fine, shift into 3rd problem goes away. I mean wtf?

The car shifts fine except for the 2nd/3rd gear (the 2nd moreso though, 3rd has only done it once) sometimes feels like it goes into gear but really doesnt. (Put into second and you feel the notch than let off clutch pedal and grinds) No problems with any other gears though and I hear this is normal I mean after all the car has 260k on it I expect some syncro problems. I just have to go easy into 2nd and its fine. (gotta get some syncromesh Id assume) Also, I always use 93 octane.

As far as anything else on the car it all seems fine. Boosts great, doesnt smoke one bit, battery and alternator were put in like a month ago. The intake system is stock and there isnt any leaks/disconnected hoses.

For the next few days I am going to drive and put it into neutral when I goto stop see if it does it than.

Im almost quite sure its the ECU now. From what Ive been reading on vfaq it has to be the ECU. New caps on the way. Any other input is welcomes though.
