No, that was taken with my Nikkor 16-85VR; I absolutely love this thing. As for the 50 1.8, it always has a place in my bag. EXCELLENT lens for the price and dominates in IQ/speed, but the focal length is a bit precarious for real life shooting.

I just came back from Eastern State Penitentiary with my gf and took some pics along the way. Again, the extra 2mm on the wide end and 30mm on the long versus the 18-55 is priceless.

UK Urban Exploration Forums

You guys should check it out. Stunning photos and good stories. Below are just a few pictures from over there.

Tom, you should def go on there and represent what should be the ultimate in urban decay: NJ, USA.

the only photoshopping i did was adding the border and sig. the white balance is off in both of them because i forgot to change my settings when i went outside. the first one is a bit blue, which i actually dont mind. but those are straight out of the camera. shot with a Canon 30D and Canon 70-200 f2.8L

Thanks 97civic! It was a single RAW, tonemapped after 5 exposures.

btw, gotta love that 70-200 I bet!

I wanted to get some pictures of the bikes going down the track, but I was too busy hot lapping I didn't have time. On a positive note, my best time resulted in a 1.85 60' on old ass street tires. I really think it had a high 1.7 to low 1.8 60' in store for itself, plus another 3-5mph but the track shut down too soon for me, didn't get a chance to finish tuning. Next season, the poopra is getting street ETs.

I have a terrible fear of spiders and that picture does not help. Amazing details :thumb:
