About half of my connector at the (top of my radiator) has chipped off.
The radiator hose will fall off when the temps start to get up there.

Anyone know if there’s anything you can do to fix the radiator spigot?

I would imagine that at this point repair is not your best option, as the top part of the stock radiator is plastic. I had a crack in then top of mine a few weeks back and tried to JB weld it 3 or so times, wasn't happening. I had to get a new one. I got one from autozone online for 127.99. It was a stock replacement so still had the plastic top part, but I didn't have the $350 for an all auminum fluidyne. The actual work of putting in the new one was pretty painless, took me maybe an hour.

As critical a part as a radiator is I don't recommend cutting corners. It's the only thing between you and over temp and a nice long stay along side a road in the middle of nowhere. Get a radiator wholesale at a reputable parts house. Sometimes you can get an all metal radiator. You can also go to a good radiator repair shop and have them get you one. I don't recommend a used radiator unless you know it doesn't have any issues.

Good Luck
