I need to buy a new engine because mine has 135000 miles on it i was wondering if i can go with a block from dsmparts.com and can somebody explain what that would come with im kinda new  and can i put my existing parts on that block or what will i need to get the engine running? thx

why don't you contact them and ask them what parts, if any, does the block come with? They can answer your questions better than any of us.

Do a compression check and see if you even need a rebuild, who knows everything might still be good.

exactly, my engine had 180,000 on it..i pulled the pistons out and the walls were like new and it had never been into before...4g63's will last a long time if taken care of

well my car was previously owed by my grandparents which they bot off the lot and they never go past 65 so i think im the first redliner? which iv done like 3 times thats it so it should be fine right? if later down the line someting happens and i buy a stroker engine or something else can i put all my existing mods on it?

If you want a block offline, get it from www.slowboyracing.com , http://slowboyracing.com/Race Engines/4g63_short_blocks/short_block.html and http://slowboyracing.com/Race Engines/Topline/engine/Topline_shortblock.html for oem type application, they will give you 300$ credit if you return them a usable block core for rebuild. ANd try http://www.buschurracing.com/cgi-bin/ez-catalog/cat_display.cgi?0X376545 www.buschurracing.com they will charge a 500$ core charge which will be refuned when a rebuldable block is returned., buschur racing is a very reputable shop , any dsmer should know that.

If you mean existing parts like your turbo, intercooler and stuff like that then yes everything will still work. If I were you I would use that engine until you need an upgrade since there is nothing wrong with it.

what do you mean core charge i went there i dont understand? i have to give them my engine?

yes, with lots of stuff, alternators, valve covers trannies stuff like that they ask for a core, in return you get a little discount..then they fix up your old crap and sell it to someone else in return for their core..works the same with women if you do it right :)

u fawkin hilarious mayn, make me laff teh hard jdm

If buying a shortblock isnt in your budget, you could do what i'm currently doing for a little less cash.

Complete turbo engine from the junkyard (you pull) 150.00
machine work for the block and heads 300.00-400.00 at most (barring any major issues with the engine)
Forged rods/pistons 600.00 - 900.00 depending on brand (unless you can get some online at a bargain price)
misc accessory rebuild/replacement (depends on what you plan to do with the engine)

Then, there are the parts that came with the engine itself, some will not only be usable, but sellable as well assuming you dont need them.

This option takes more time, but also allows you to continue driving your car as is while you build what you want. It also ensures that you'll be starting with the strongest foundation you can for building on ( an expensive lesson many forget too quickly)

Just a thought,

Guns :)
