Questions About The 2g Cas Pics Inside

Guys for some reason, we have bin haveing trouble starting my car, after haveing my head rebuilt and putting it back on, we got it started but then i turn it off, and try to start it gain it just wont start, on top of the CAS there is a hole were a screw can go in, is that important?? witch i dont have a screw on top

mine doesnt have a screw and it runs just fine so I doubt that is the problem

Yeah i dont have that screw either and my car runs great, except for my slipping clutch. . I would check your common things though like if its getting spark, fuel, and air.
