question about fuel pumps

My mods are

-homade UICP
-1g bov
-k&n filter
-ACT 2100
-MBC
-2.5" turbo back exhaust
and i'm running at 12 psi but it peaks to 15

I ran a 14.6 in the 1/4... my car seems to flatten out in the high rpm's, even more so than any t25 dsm i've been in.... so i think its the fuel...

my question is if i installede a 190lph feul pump, would i see any performance gains...
for example, would it seem more steady in acceleration, or would i just gain more power?

opinions wanted...

you wont really notice anything, save the money for the 190 and gte a used 14b, instant gain forsure.

Just slapping in a fuel pump and going can work if the boost is not higher than the injectors can take it, since you are running a lower boost I personally dont see a problem with that. I would recommend buying and aftermarket fuel management system, whether it be a piggyback system or standalone is your choice. On my 1990 TSI AWD I chose to get the Apex'i AFC-II to tune my fuel. The good thing about getting a fuel controller as well is that you can lean out your mixture a little more than what your stock ECU does so that in turn makes more power, if thats what your looking for. You should try the fuel pump re-wire for the stock pump as well, that gives a little more voltage to the pump which in turn makes the pump output slightly higher than what it does normally. With that setup you are not outflowing your current stock pump. You wouldn't get any gain from going to a larger pump unless your stocker is on its last legs and not flowing enough to keep up with demand causing a lean condition.
