Put in the engine need an opinion.

Swapped out engines today and along with that i installed a Manuel trans. it used to be auto. every mount was easy to line up and bolt accept for the front mount.
It just didn't want to line up. Anyway i dropped a small bolt and a washer down this hole on accident, can i cant see the washer down there and i can barley see the bolt. It didn't drop down the timing cover but it went down the hole right under the valve cover bolt that you can see in the picture. will this end up being a bad thing? Can one of them end up hurting anything? Please help!!

I would go to your local part store and pick up, a pick up to its this long flexible tool that has a little 3 prong claw on the end of it, I have one and I think I payed like 15 bucks for it. link

In picture #3, your timing belt tensioner pulley is on backwards.

That would be the balance shaft tensioner pulley.

I know i went in and flipped it before i dropped the engine.

That will help me with the bolt, but the washer isnt magnetic, and it cant be seen. seems like the washer fell wherever it could from there
