Punch it, rpms fall then die

sup all, new to the forums, been looking around and searching, havent found the same symptom, check this out, got a 90 fwd turbo, aftermarket ecu already fixed and tuned with eprom, blocked off egr, hks street grinds, stock turbo stock boost, car ran a 15.3 on 7 lbs no mbc using a t tap to bled off boost pulls like a MAD MAN, heres the prob im driving and il punch it i put in the clutch or pop it in neutral it will die right after that tho, starts right back up, idles ok doesnt really surge, already changed isc, dont know wtf is wrong any help would be great thanks
