Ok, I've just about got my car running after some major body repairs from a wreck. It's a 2G Eclipse Turbo I hit the back of a big tow truck (ironic, I know) on my driver's side fender. No real mechanical damage (I thought) except the power steering reservoir was flattened. I replaced it, but was still having power steering issues... mainly leaking. I'd have to fill the reservoir back up every week or so. Anyways, I found the problem. There a small hole in the bellows on my driver's side right at the clamp nearest to the wheel. If I remove the clamp and push the bellows back a little, a stong stream of fluid comes pouring out. Here's my question... can I just replace the bellows, or is there a more serious problem, like the rack or the tie rods or something of that nature? How can I know? I just need to know where to proceed from here. I've always done my own work on the car, I've just never really done much with the streeing before. Here's an attached picture to help.
Thanks,
Drew
