Prothane part # 64188 Anyone know what bushing his one is?

Not sure where 64188 goes. A shop didn't install them all so I need to figure out where these bushing belong to finish the installation. Also trying to figure out what 84186 is. It appears to be pushed into a larger metal [iece with another 84186 at the other end.

I believe they're not used in our cars. I can't find the part numbers on RRE's install pictures.
