Problems with TRE (Team Rip)

Has anyone ever had problems with TRE? I bought some parts off of them over a week ago thinking I would get them a few days later (after all it says on the web site most parts ship out the next day) and have still not seen them. I called probobly 20 times finnally getting ahold of someone on Monday who told me they were on the truck out for delivery, three days later I have watched both UPS and Fedex come and go and still nothing.
I send emails to the same place I sent my order and still nothing.
Is this a common occurance with them or is there just a better way of getting ahold of them that I don't know of? Any help or feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanks

i believe that they ship through Fed Ex so just look for that delivery service.
