Well i just got this 2g gst it was running great compression test was 150s on all 4 all was good

Today i put a uicp on the smic and went and drove it noticed some smoke whitish blueish (oh great!) Turbo has some play not in out some side to side. The oil on the stick looks kinda strange to me (pic below of oil) what do u think bad headgasket.

The smoke only shows up when i make boost and stay on it for a second and then let off car is bone stock minus the uicp and 14b

No mention of over heating or pushing coolant. Head gasket is highly unlikely for the condition you are describing. My bet is on a bad pcv valve letting boost into the crank case. Can push more oil out through seals and such. 150 across the board doesn't scream rings to me. Could still be the turbo but, I'd throw a new pcv valve on there with a US plastics 3/8 kynar check valve to keep the boost out.

Hard to tell from the picture, however the level is way too high. Don't know if that's water mixed in it or not.

Ok ill try a new pcv valve isnt the pcv a check valve in itsself

Yes but it is a poor design. I've had brand new oem pcvs stick open in 100 miles or less. The kynar check valves are a petroleum resistant diaprham valve and not a ball and spring setup like the oem valve. The grime and the oil causes the oem valve to stick open.
US plastics valve is rated from around -30mmhg to 150 psi if I remember correctly. Order a few and stock up. At the very least you can sell them for a few bucks.

Your oil looks fine. If there is water in it, than it will look like a milkshake. You likely have a bad seal in the turbo, a pinched drain line, too much crank case pressure, or even bad valve seals. If you want to diagnose it than you are going to need to pull the o2 housing, and possibly pull the exhaust manifold to look for oil residue and see where it is comming from.

from what you are describing i will put money on it that its the turbo. You probably have more play in the turbo than you think. On a journal bearing turbo if you can feel the play from my experience its too much.

You really need the correct dipstick if there's any question about the one you have. Sure way to see a healthy motor smoke is put 3 quarts too much oil in it.

Well i think its turbo now here is the exhaust runner pic no sign of oil or coolant in it

Yeah i know i found out after i put new oil i know it holds 5 qts so i put 5 in there but i asked the old owner he said its from a 2.4l but just havent had time to get to junkyard to grab a 4g63 dipstick if i can find one if not ill order new one a dipstick is least if my worries right now

^^ Well, at least you know you have the proper amount in it. Can rule that out. Hope it is just the turbo, thats not all that bad to replace/repair.
Your compression is def lower but not to the point where i would say rings at all. Its just higher mileage. I am assuming its a 7bolt with 8.5:1 compression though.
