1G Pretty sure my ECU is bad

I have a 1990 TSI AWD, I'm sure my ECU is no good, when I turn the ignition on the cel does not light up and no boost gauge movement. My MPI relay clicks, I have 38 psi on fuel pressure gauge. Injectors and case are not getting power. This means ECU is bad? It looks clean inside and no leaking capacitor that I noticed.

If everything is connected and your MPI fuse is good, it would be wise to get the ECU checked, regardless of how it looks.

Run through the basics. If your getting 12v to the ECU pins 102 and 107 and NO CEL or boost gauge then there's something wrong with the ECU.

If you have pictures of the ECU board I'll take a look and I second ECUTuning for any repair work.

90 ECUs have a bad habit of burning up on top of the normal capacitor leakage.
