What's up guys! I purchased my PR kit which came with the Knok off Greddy and of course the intercooler. The upper pipe has slots for the knock off, and a 1g. I currently have the 1g on there with some RTV and the gasket but when I perform a BLT I get air that wants to come out of the holes made for the knock off Greddy.. Ill see if i cant get a pic of the pipe I'm talking about. It looks as if the 1g gasket would cover them but the BLT says otherwise.

The only solution I can think of is more RTV.. Any other suggestions?

Your saying there are 2 sets of holes on the flange for the BOV. One of holes is for the 1g valve and the other for the Greddy which is the set of holes leaking air out? From what I remember the Greddy mounting holes are a closer distance to the opening in the pipe then the 1g holes. Your probably leaking right around where the valve meets the flange and its working its way though the greddy holes. You can either get them tig welded up or buy a can of Right Stuff gasket maker and use that to seal up your valve. Its very strong and makes a rubber like gasket. A pic would be great too, but I think I understand your issue.

You hit the nail on the head. It's leaking out the greddy holes, I'll try the right stuff gasket maker. Here is a picture, had to find one since I'm a wOrk
