Does anyone know where, sans the local mitsu stealership, I can get part 17 in the diagram? Last piece of the PS system I don't have.

Just find someone in the classifieds, craigslist, a junkyard, or ebay that is parting out a car and buy a pump from them for under $20.

There's no way anyone is going to only sell/stock that specific piece.

After thinking about it, it looks like this fitting is a standard 1.5" center-to-center Garrett oil flange. I got a cheap one off eBay to see if it works...if not, I've got a hookup for a proper one. (Miller Imports if anyone knows who they are? I've gotten stuff from there before)

I would just get it out of a junk yard.
