I recently installed a Wally 190 and bolted everything back up and went to start the car and nothing. It cranks, but is getting no fuel at all. I also cut off the flex section right where the metal fuel line meets the flex section at a flare fitting and replaced it with rubber fuel line and clamped it because the old line was so corroded that it basically fell apart. Well, I took that new line off near the fuel pump sender unit and it was dry. So I'm not getting any fuel out of the tank. Could the line in the sender be clogged?? What's the deal?? I know I wired it right. Car is a 90 awd if that helps.

Yeah, it's plugged in. It's currently raining like a biotch(typical Florida afternoon) so I'm going to pull the pump when it stops and check it out. I'll get back to you guys and let you know how that goes.

Checked the o-ring and everything looked fine. Afriend of mine said it could be my fuel pump relay, but I don't know where it's at?? Is it in the fuse box under the hood??

From what I can tell, it's not even coming on. I just hear a few clicks coming from the fuel pump area and nothing. This is a brand new pump, can it be bad? I wanted to take the pump out and check it by hooking it up to a 12v source, bnut wasn't sure if this would burn it up. Anyone know a way i can check the pump to tell?
