Don't know why this is what I read ....:ninja:Edit
As Believers in the Church of Global Warming we hold it as an article of faith that carbon dioxide is an evil pollutant that is giving the earth a fever.we believe that if we carbon units don’t cut down on our use of carbon we will all die.

Under the catechism of Algore, any thing that uses carbon must be regulated (read taxed).
Tires with low rolling resistance use less fuel than performance tires with good grip (friction).

WOW it scared me there,... I thought You were one of them...
ROFL Sorry.. Tuna

Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! I'm a non-believer in the man bear Algore. I will never drink the red Kool-Aid, even though the green Kool-Aid smells pretty good.

In the world where I learned logic, a hypothesis could not be promoted to theory until it passed an experimental test or observation in the real (not computer modeled) world.

I will declare expertise in creating computer models of natural systems. The difference is that my models have been tested by Mother Nature and deemed to have passed by paying customers.

Climate models that predicted rising temperatures with rising CO2 have been proven wrong over the last decade as global temperatures have declined as CO2 has continued to go up.

So what; it was never about the science.

well i understand everything else, but not the tires. And they are aiming towards the tires mainly to push this.

...what about the cars that come with normal tires, and you need to change them out to snow tires? Aiming towards the tires to be their main focus to take out all aftermarket stuff, will NEVER pass. I really could see exhaust and those kind of things being banned, but not all aftermarket/non OEM tires.
