Here is the v-faq on how to port an 02 housing for a 2g eclipse porting 02 your best bet is to get a gasket for your current turbo and dp. simply match the gaskets and grind away any casting marks, this will help flow out quite a bit because many turbo exhaust housings don't exactly line up with the flange of the 02 housing. This is like a brick wall that the exhaust gasses hit and impedes flow. port matching them will get rid of this problem. On the DP side of the 02 housing you will probably want to get a 2.5" gasket and port match the 02 to the gasket. THis will make the transition from the 02 housing to the dp much smoother. As for anything else you could probably just get rid of any casting marks, these cause turbulance in the flow of the gasses. Other than that you can simply polish the inside along with all of your grind marks with some 120 grit paper.
