Porting for 14b

Is it worth the time to port your manifold and exhaust housing if your going to be running a 14b> If so, what gains did u notice?

Here's for the exhaust manifold>>> http://www.vfaq.com/mods/porting-exhman.html, you will notice that this is for a 2G manifold...there is a reason that most people done port the 1G manifolds...they are REALLY THIN, and prone top cracking before porting...just take your heatshield off and tap a screw driver on the manifold, then do it to a 2G manifold, and notice the differences.
Here's for the o2 Housing>>> http://www.vfaq.com/mods/porting-O2.html, again notice its for a 2G o2 sensor housing, same reason. There are benifits from the porting, you get to run more boost without seeing creep...to a certain extent. I noticed you have a 16G, I would port that too to promoter better exhaust flow, to help prevent creep...to a certain extent as well.

You will notice that the power will come on quicker (faster spool up time). Porting and then polishing made a very noticeable difference for me.
