I plug my pocketlogger into my USB w/ the Hotsync cable and when I try to connect it says a connection can not be established. Is there a program I need to download online to get the logs onto my PC? I bought this used off another DSMer. Thanks for the help.

Also, after you get the Palm software to get your hotsync connection established, you will need additional software to display your logs. You can download that software from the Pocketlogger website.

Okay - I downloaded the Palm Desktop software. Now when I have my Palm sitting on the cradle and have it plugged in the USB w/ the Hotsync my computer does not recognize it. It says connection cannot be established on the Palm. I also installed Hotsync Manager 4.1.0

That is the same software. My PC isn't recognizing the connection to the Palm through the Hotsync,

Lol yea, I got it.

It's a palm m130. I've tried USB and serial. Neither one is being recognized by my PC.
