Ok so I'll lay down everything that I know. I've done plenty of research on the forums anyways looking for help. Its unfortunate though how most of the forums don't really answer my questions.

I've pulled the PO 170 code on my scanner. I don't have a logger.
MAF is unhacked
Stock turbo
Stock fuel system
Front O2 sensor was replaced just a few months ago as well as plugs & wires.

The cars boost seems to just climb radically and in 4th and 5th it takes a hard jerking and basically it won't go. Its like a stuttering so you'll find yourself going 50 on the highway and not being able to even get up to 65 if I'm going uphill.

I have checked my vac lines and everything seems fine. I'm honestly not really sure where else to look or what else to do. I don't have any other tools at the moment to dive into the problem.

Any suggestions?

I had this CEL coming on all the time. Reset it a few times because maybe it was a fluke, but always came back. After i changed the timing belt, water pump, and seals and the front o2 sensor it has never came back.

There are several threads regarding this code if you simply did a search. That's what I did. perhaps you searching criteria needs to be tweaked. searched 0170 or p0170 not PO 170 as your title suggest.

Update:
Did do plenty of searches on the subject as my title suggested. Changed O2 sensor, wires, plugs, checked for boost leaks. Found a sneaky mofo black coupler that had a slit in it at the bottom of my intercooler piping. Replaced and now seems like the car is on roids i swear
