You mean piston?

Its probably a rod knocking, not the piston. If thats the case you are going to have to pull the motor, take out the crank and have it tunred at a machine shop. Put it back together with new rod bearings. Not something you wanna do if you arent used to working on cars. This is basically a rebuild.
