Wait just a second... All I ever hear from California residents are horror stories about the smog nazi's and how their emissions laws are rediculous.

All I've seen posted here are hella modified vehicles which all wear a California plate. Correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't most of these cars FAIL a visual inspection?? I'm just curious because I have never had the experience of worrying about emissions testing. My car is registered in KS and all we have to do is pay for our tag and off we go.

That's my buddy Brian, I asked him the same thing and then he started swinging it around in front of me. He said the body on his cam was about 3 grand alone.
