I am repainting my 1g and was curious that when i repaint the car should i remove the rear spoiler and paint underneath it then attach it and paint the actual spoiler with the rest of the car. if anyone has done this it would be nice to get some input.didnt see anything usefull in a search.

thanks

thats a hard choice. def. take it off and get it painted though, otherwise itll look like crap under there. I dunno, just my .02

I would definately take the spoiler off before paint. I know with the talon spoiler, it is hard enough just trying to get it clean under there, let alone getting a nice coat of paint. Taking it off would be alot easier, and make it look way better. :thumb: JMO
