Hey, has anyone painted there '97-'99 GS-T wheels....the 5-spoke ones. I'm looking at painting mine a gold/bronze color and was just wanting to see if there is anyone out there who has painted there wheels so that I could see some various colors on these rims. Especially if you have painted them gold or bronze, let me know so I can see your car and what they look like on there. I have the maroon or "purple" stock Mitsu paint and thought that bronze would look pretty good, just need some feedback please.
thanx guys,

Well, the way I have been brought up with cars......if you aren't gonna do it right, the don't even bother doing it in the first place:nono: . Hence the fact why I blew the shit out of the
7-bolt that I had in my car.......the guy before me built it as cheap as possible and I payed the consequences 8 months later. So yea.....they are done right. Wire brushed the whole rim and pressure washed them, aircraft remover(harsh stuff!!!) and then a good rinse and dry. I deflated the tires and broke the beads.....shoved paper down over the tires and taped off all the rubber and valve stem, then wiped them down and started painting and clearing. They look damn good:D .....I'll post a pic of just the tires tonite and hopefully them on my "purple"(stock color) car later this week when I get it back together.
