Paint under car

I recently removed all of the undercoating from beneath the car (what a pain). All is clean and ready for paint. The car won't see any street duty so I'm wondering what paint I should use to spray under the car and in the wheel wells.

Wheel wells dont wanna be gunky so maybe stone chip where it can remain smooth and not catch dirt and be easily resprayed again!
