This post is intended to be a FAQ writeup, so DO NOT post here. I will be posting pics showing the different paint codes for the each year plus touchup paint codes. These are codes for ALL models produced that year.
Be aware that colors on your screen will be approximate at best, and that no two monitors will show the same version of a given color.

First up:

1990:

1991:This is the first year that Paintscratch put all the Eagle colors together, without sorting out the models.

Paintscratch doesn't list '94 Eagle colors by model, only as "Eagle". If you can help whittle these down, PM me.
It looks like they've done much better with the Eclipse colors.

Can anyone confirm if the Laser colors are the same as the Eagle colors? Because the numbers sure match.

The cars have an info plate, it states "Color" there should be a code. That code is matched and different manufactures have their own code that coincides...

I might just be missing it, but where is 1999?

Touch Up Paint from PaintScratch.com they will be able to provide a year specific list for the color code on your vehicle. A lot of times the stickers tend to fade and make it feel like an impossible task to find out the color. Not a worry if you use the site I provided. Even believe you can order colors through them.

Not sure how much this helps, but for archival purposes the colors for the 1993 Talon were:
Black
Radiant Red
Electric Blue Metallic
Medium Red Pearl Coat
Medium Quartz Metallic
Turquoise Metallic
Deep Green Pearl Coat
Bright White

On the two-tone 1Gs, what was the gray color used on the bottom?
