So this all happened at the same time so I can only imagine that they're correlated. I'm currently throwing 5 codes, P0443,P0446,P0403,P1104, and P0335. The first four are ones that have been on the car for a while and I'll fix them with link when I install it, but the P0335 is the new one I found today. The other issues I'm finding are that my rewired Whinebro 255 is much, much whinier under acceleration and my battery and brake light are coming on when the engine reaches exactly 1600rpm. My alternator is fairly new and my battery is 12-13V with car off and 16V when car is on. I don't want to start tearing anything apart until I get some second opinions on what this might be. Thanks for any help

Sound like your alternator is overcharging. Some of the codes are emission related and p0335 is crank sensor

My battery and brake lights were going crazy when I test drove it one last time. I test the voltage at the battery while the engine was on and it was 16.5~V. It most likely the alternator is overcharging I guess. Going to take it and the battery back to AutoZone and have them test it.

If you see that type of voltage again you shouldn't drive the car. Spike the voltage hard enough because of the bad voltage regulator and you'll fry all sorts of stuff. Just a warning since you're still on an autozone alternator. I would be it will happen again. I don't buy anything from autozone anymore.

Definitely signs of a funky alternator. Yeah I don't buy anything from az or oreiley. Probably a waste of money on my part but I pay for peace of mind with OEM only. Alternators aren't that expensive anyway
