2G P0170 and bank 1 sensor 1 code

okay i got a 16g turbo put on yesterday and an open o2 dump, and ported exhaust manifold. I drove it for about 30 to 40 minutes fine. but later that night i got a check engine light it was for the bank 1 sensor 1. then i had to hook up my sub power cable and my neons pos. and neg. and the engine light went away. well the car started to not want to go when the automatic shifted to 4th so i have to give it more gas to downshift to speed up. when I;m stopped it has this really low idle and it seems like it wants to die. So know i tested the cel again and its for po170. Should i try to replace the upstream o2 sensor?

O2 sensor in the dump Needs replacement. Use the search button!! It does work.
