p0125 + p0170 after diagnostic check

p0125 + p0170. I know there are threads on both codes, but none stating that they came up at same time. I'm think it's the o2 sensor. Just trying to get some wisdom from those that know better and have been around this type of problem before.

Anyways, went to AutoZone and the guy printed out the receit stating that it could be one of four things for p0170
1. MAF or fuel pressure
2. o2 sensor
3. Ignition misfire
4. Fuelinjectors.

p0125
1. check coolant level
2. thermostat broken
3. Engine Coolant Temperature sensor broke.

So yeah. Both codes popped up and hoping its o2 sensors. If it injectors, I'm gonna just upgrade all fuel system after holidays.

But car is running okay I guess. It feels like there is a loss of power at time, then again, some other times, it runs like a champ. If in 5th gear and doing about 40, then floor it, the engine hick-ups, or stutters. Same thing in 4th. Have no clue what that is. Any help is appreciated.

If they pulled up the codes, it should tell you exactly what is throwing the code instead of a few things that it could be.

CEL codes often can be due to more than just 1 thing which is why they provide a list. Typically only 1 item in the list is the culpret however (and they are unable to identify which one - therefore the list). Their P0170 list is correct (although there is a couple others they don't list) but their P0125 is totally wrong. P0125 can also be due to many things (none of which they list) but usually it is the front O2 sensor which sounds like is most likely your problem (also check it's connector).
