2G Need help with codes P0400, P0170, P0125.

I have a friend with these problems codes....codes PO400-ERG Flow Malfuctian, PO170-Fuel Trim Malfuctian (BANK 1) And PO125 Closed loop fuel control Insafficient coolant temp. Any suggestions from the chior on the causes?

P0170 Fuel trim malfunction is usually caused by bad front o2 sensor. It just means that the fuel trims are so out of control that the ECU cant even figure out what to do.

yeah, that one I kinda figured was the problem, but the others were my main concern, He's been running a HKS BOV venting to the atmosphere for about a year before the CEL's started popping up. No supporting mods, I told him to correct that. But the temp running cool kinda had me stumped...any suggestions anyone?

thermostat is busted...motor isn't heating up right, stays in closed loop

thank god...i just got the same codes and cant get anyone to really help.i changed my coolant temp sensor/switch. but i didnt change the thermostat.does your friend have a problem starting his car? i have to hold mine to about 2k for 15 secs before it will idle right. i guess ill change my o2 sensor and thermostat and see if it runs good then.

my friend she has a 2g with the exact same with codes right now....and her car stumbles alot right on starting...so you guys aint the only ones....so we are looking at a o2 sensor and a thermostat as common fixes for the po170 and po125?
