Okay So.
Wiring. Not my area of expertise.

I am trying to figure out what this single spade connector is that is spliced into ECU Pin#4 (Oxygen sensor wire). I think I have identified it as connector C-14, labelled the oxygen sensor check connector. See below:

Here is what I have found in my research. The connector on the dashboard diagram appears to be in the correct location given the length of this connector. There is no place to plug in near this location to accept the connector. I really don't even know the purpose of this connector.

ALSO: I will be installing an LC-2 Wideband which /I will also simulate narrowband with. Most of what prompted this is just cleanup with the wiring.

So, Here is what I have found below. I am looking to see if this connector can be left unplugged/deleted.

It is not connected to anything from the factory so it can be left like that. I'm pretty certain its function is in the name of the connector - simply that it provides another location to check pin 1 of the O2 sensor without digging at the sensor connector itself. Even in a completely stock DSM, it isn't absolutely necessary to have this connector.
