2G Outlander rotors with VR4 calipers?

Correct me if I am wrong, but its seems to me the Outlander upgrade to a 2g is just a "big rotor" upgrade given the caliper/pistons are the same for both cars?

I have an AEM big rotor sitting around...I could just use that with new Hawk plus pads and be done with it!
