One problem after another.... Belt Tension?

Yeah I fixed mine too. The alternator belt just needed proper tensioning, and Im not sure exactly what broke on the coolant system. I just replaced the radiator and fans (the current one had lots of fins missing, and I had a spare), flushed the system out a lot, changed the thermostat and radiator cap, and installed new fluid. It now doesnt have any overheating issues at all. Though I do think it gets a little hot sometimes (in the 210 range sometimes, I have to check with my datalogger sometime to see the exact number).

Now I just have to replace my oil pan and turbo drain line and Im set. OMG

so ive had the same problems as many others where my belts kept flyin off by themselves... as defiant says.. replace harmonic balancer.. tonight i ripped out the plastic inner fender pieces and took a gander at this thing... i had no idea that it could have been as bad as it was... mine had become completely seperated... i honestly do not know how something else didnt break... i cant believe this is a common problem on the car either... i mean it could have been made a bit better than it was.. but man its really bad imo...
