One peice driveshaft On my 95tsi??

one piece has a crazy angle and was known to break more often then none. so 2 piece won the market. anyways. you shouldn't really need them unless your breaking them like said above

It can and has been done but with no good results. The angle it has will cause it to break on any power level. A 2 piece is the way to go. I am not even sure if anyone makes a 1 piece anymore because of it's issues. Plus that long of a driveshaft is going to be a pain to balance as well. As stated before, by your profile, your car doesn't even have a driveshaft it have a CV shaft. This is a complete waste of money at 300hp. Spend the money elsewhere.

Quit ragging on the guy for calling it a driveshaft, geeze. OP if your looking to free up a bit of rotational weight dss makes an aluminum driveshaft that replaces the first 2 parts of your stocker. They allow for more twist which helps with drivetrain failure, it helps prolong the life of the tcase. At around 500hp it's a good idea to extend the time it takes from poping tcases.

You don't need to wait before you could break the stocker because it will help save other parts from breaking before the driveshaft itself breaks.

I am just stating that he is interested in a part that does not exist on his car according to his profile. If it was AWD the driveshaft is the last thing I would replace. I know numerous 700hp+ cars that have perfectly intact driveshafts. The rear axles are usually the first to go before you have any driveshaft problems.

k so no go on the 1 peice, but y would it matter even if it was stock it 3 peice now!, even goin to a 2peice youll still notice a diff for the fact there is less power lost through the driveline. so i think imma go with a 2 peice

But the amount of power gained to the money spent is not worth it. There may be no gain at all.
