Ok going to ask.. 3" vs 2.5" exhuast

People get SS piping to prevent it from rusting, not for the bling factor.

I understand that. I got my exhaust in SS so it wouldn't rust. But on the Thermal system it is shiny polished SS piping all the way to the cat.

This (Thermal):

Both are SS and won't rust. One's just prettier than the other.

Don't get me wrong. I love the look of polished SS. I just thinks it's a waste to polish (or pay to get polished) anything other than the muffler. I guess with most (maybe all) 3" aftermarket systems though since it goes under the rear cross member you can kinda see the rear part if you're looking for it (or laying on the ground).

ya my ATR is SS but it'e like the Extreme one since it's not poilshed at all. Not that I have to worry abuot rust though.

The bling Bling factor.. i think there should be a faq for that or maybe a sticky..:D

But anyway i think im going to go with the Apexi WS 3" catback with a 3" test pipe.

Here is my other questoion. The stock DP is not 3" so do i have to get someone to make a 2.5" - 3" test pipe? also do the 3" system preferably the WS bolt to a stock Cat.. if i cant get a test pipe right now. Thanks i think i will be able to get a testpipe made if its how i think that a 3" test pipe wont bolt to the stock DP... Or if i cant find something that will alow me to do it. Or am i just retarted and a 3" testpipe bolt up?

I had custom 2.5" piping bent for my car, im happy with it, im only on my stock T25 right now. The exhaust is not too loud but not too quiet, sounds real good, and a noticable gain in power as well:thumb:

well since you can't say the name of the vender on this site.. OOPS, though i was still on the machV message board:rolleyes: get the buschur. you get a free test pipe with it. very nice bonus :thumb:
